Returns Policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are happy to credit or exchange any unworn, unwashed or unused item, provided we receive the item in original condition, including no evidence of makeup or deodorant marks and perfume smells. Items must include tags still attached and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to opt for your parcel to be tracked for peace of mind. Please email us your intention to return items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.
Normal wear and tear of an item is not considered to be a manufacturing fault. Please follow all care instructions on your Rainsong garment.
Once your refund has been approved, please allow a few days for your account to be credited.
Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund on any 'sale' items.
